means -
please call your file another name (rename the file).
and try it again.
please be patient while uploading the file.

follow the instruction
the file name should be - nohaname-recitorname.rm or .mp3
i.e. - name01.mp3 - or - name01.rm
(if you don't name the file properly, not everyone will listen to it.)
